On 7 September, at a meeting of the Kyiv Defence Council, a decision was taken to temporarily ban mass events in Kyiv:
‘Due to the deteriorating security situation in the capital, all entertainment and sporting events in open spaces and in buildings without shelters will be temporarily banned.’
Therefore, the final Long Training, which was due to take place on 12 September in Kyiv, has been cancelled.
It is not easy for us to cancel an event that both the team and you have been preparing for. However, today the lives and safety of all participants are our priority.
Registration fees for the Long Training will be refunded by 15 September to the card used for payment.
