Regulations: online run

Date: October 23– November 08, 2026.

Start and finish location: online.

The charity run ‘PrivatBank Kyiv Unbroken marathon online 2026’ (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is held with the aim of motivating amateur athletes to stay in shape, as well as to raise funds. 50% of the profits from the project will be donated to the Ukrainian Defence Forces.

The Competition is organised by the non-governmental organisation ‘Run Ukraine’.

The organiser forms an orgcommittee from among its staff, as well as with the involvement of narrow-profile specialists from various sports.

The Organising Committee consists of:

• Competition Director D.L. Chernitskyi;
• Project manager I.O. Tretyakov.

Participants will be admitted to the Competition upon payment of the registration fee.

 Please note!

• Participants aged 13 (for the 5 km distance) and participants aged 15 (for the 10 km distance) must additionally (mandatorily) have the consent of their parents (legal guardians) for the minor participant to take part in the 5 km and 10 km races (Appendix 2 or Appendix 3, respectively).

All registered participants are solely responsible for their own life and health during the competition and must sign a corresponding statement.

The participant chooses a route on his own.

The route (the final track of the run) on the 42 km course must cover a distance of at least 42 km.

The route (the final track of the run) on the 21 km course must cover a distance of at least 21 km.

The route (the final track of the run) on the 10 km course must cover a distance of at least 10 km.

The route (the final track of the run) on the 5 km course must cover a distance of at least 5 km.

The route (the final track of the run) on the 1,6 km course must cover a distance of at least 1,6 km.

The “Free distance” does not require a final track of the run.

Runs of a smaller distance are not included in the ranking.

Participants may be admitted to the Race provided proper and timely registration.

Registration is only possible online on the organizer’s website  kyivmarathon.org

Online registration of participants for the Charity Race «Kyiv Unbroken Marathon online 2026» is open from December 04, 2023, until 22:00 on November 08, 2026 (if there are slots available).

The Competition organiser has the right to suspend or completely close registration without notice if the participant limit is reached.

A participant is considered registered if they have completed the application form and paid the entry fee.

The registration fee paid by the Competition participant is non-refundable under any circumstances, including, but not limited to: if the participant is unable to take part in the Competition, complete the selected distance, or meet the time limit, as well as if the participant is disqualified or the Competition is cancelled due to the unforeseen consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic or due to force majeure circumstances, etc.

A participant’s registration will be cancelled if they provided inaccurate and/or false information during registration. In case of cancellation of registration, the funds will not be refunded.

Paid registration cannot be cancelled. The entry fee is non-refundable.

The entry fee for the course Kyiv Unbroken Marathon online | 42 km (online with a metal medal): 42 km is 990 UAH;

The entry fee for the course Kyiv Unbroken Marathon online | 21 km (online with a metal medal): 21 km is 990 UAH;

The entry fee for the course Kyiv Unbroken Marathon online | 10 km (online with a metal medal): 10 km is 990 UAH;

The entry fee for the course Kyiv Unbroken Marathon online | 5 km (online with a metal medal): 10 km is 990 UAH;

The entry fee for the course Kyiv Unbroken Marathon online | 1,6 km (online with a metal medal): 10 km is 990 UAH;

The entry fee for the course Kyiv Unbroken Marathon online | Free distance (online with a metal medal): Free distance is 990 UAH;

The entry fee for the course Kyiv Unbroken Marathon online | Free distance virtual medal (online with a digital medal): Free distance is 450 UAH;

The entry fee does not include the bank transfer fee.

The race participants pay the entry fee using an electronic payment system on the organizer’s website: https://runukraine.org

The starter pack of a participant on the courses of 42 km, 21 km, 10 km, 5km, 1.6km and Free Course includes:

• participant’s digital race number with the participant’s name – sent to the participant’s email within 2 weeks before the race;
• participant’s medal (the medal is mailed within one month from the last race date, provided the participant finished the course within the event dates);
• participant diploma in the personal profile;
• medal delivery using Nova Poshta services (delivered within 30 days after the date of the online race).

The starter pack of a participant on the courses of Free Distance (virtual medal) includes:

• participant’s digital race number with the participant’s name – sent to the participant’s email within 2 weeks before the race;
• participant’s digital medal – the medal is available in the participant’s personal profile within 3 days from the date of the Race, provided the participant finished the course within the event dates and properly submitted route confirmation through Strava app (automatically if the account was linked at registration) or email with a link or a race track screenshot sent to [email protected];
• participant diploma in the personal profile;

Receiving a medal is possible after sending a letter to [email protected]  with a link or a screenshot of the race track.

Emails are accepted within 3 calendar days after the last day of the race on this distance. The dates are specified in paragraph 4.

Expenses for the medal delivery using Nova Poshta services within Ukraine are included in the registration.

International delivery costs 800 UAH.

No winners will be determined. No awards will be given.
