Regulations: online run

Start and finish location: online.

The charity run ‘PrivatBank Kyiv Unbroken marathon online 2026’ (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is held with the aim of motivating amateur athletes to stay in shape, as well as to raise funds. 50% of the profits from the project will be donated to the Ukrainian Defence Forces.

• The Competition is organised by the non-governmental organisation ‘Run Ukraine’.

  Under the patronage of:

  • The Department of Youth and Sports of the Executive Body of the Kyiv City Council (KSCA).

  The organiser forms an orgcommittee from among its staff, as well as with the involvement of narrow-profile specialists from various sports.

  The Organising Committee consists of:

  • Competition Director D.L. Chernitskyi;
  • Project manager I.O. Tretyakov;
  • Director of the Youth and Sports Department of the Executive Body of the Kyiv City Council (KSCA) Y.M. Khan.

Participants will be admitted to the Competition upon payment of the registration fee.

 Please note!

• Participants aged 13 (for the 5 km distance) and participants aged 15 (for the 10 km distance) must additionally (mandatorily) have the consent of their parents (legal guardians) for the minor participant to take part in the 5 km and 10 km races (Appendix 2 or Appendix 3, respectively).

All registered participants are solely responsible for their own life and health during the competition and must sign a corresponding statement.

Participants choose at their own discretion.

The route (final run track) for 42 km must include a distance of 42 km or more.

The route (final run track) for 21 km must include a distance of 21 km or more.

The route (final run track) for 10 km must include a distance of 10 km or more.

The route (final run track) for the Open distance does not need to have a track.

Shorter runs will not be counted.

Participants are admitted to the Competition subject to proper and timely registration for the Competition.

Registration is only possible online on the Competition organiser’s website.

Online registration for participants in the charity run ‘Kyiv Unbroken marathon online 2026’ is open from 4 December 2025 to 11 October 2026, at 22:00 (subject to availability).

The Competition organiser has the right to suspend or completely close registration without notice if the participant limit is reached.

A participant is considered registered if they have completed the application form and paid the entry fee.

The registration fee paid by the Competition participant is non-refundable under any circumstances, including, but not limited to: if the participant is unable to take part in the Competition, complete the selected distance, or meet the time limit, as well as if the participant is disqualified or the Competition is cancelled due to the unforeseen consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic or due to force majeure circumstances, etc.

A participant’s registration will be cancelled if they provided inaccurate and/or false information during registration. In case of cancellation of registration, the funds will not be refunded.

Paid registration cannot be cancelled. The entry fee is non-refundable.

The entry fee for the Kyiv Unbroken marathon online | 42 км (online with a metal medal): 990 UAH;

The entry fee for the Kyiv Unbroken marathon online | 21 км (online with a metal medal): 990 UAH;

The entry fee for the Kyiv Unbroken marathon online | 10 км (online with a metal medal): 990 UAH;

The entry fee for the Kyiv Unbroken marathon online | open distance (online with a metal medal): 990 UAH;

The entry fee for the Kyiv Unbroken marathon online | open distance virtual medal (online with a digital medal): 450 UAH;

The entry fee does not include the commission for transferring funds.

Participants in the Competition shall pay the entry fee by electronic payment on the organiser’s website   https://runukraine.org

The race kit for participants of the 42 km/ 21 km/10 km race and the Open distance includes:

• • electronic bib number with the participant’s name (sent immediately after registration);

• participant medal (the medal will be sent within a month of the last race date if the entire distance is completed during the Event);

• participant certificate available in Personal Account;
• medal delivery via Nova Poshta within Ukraine (delivery occurs within 30 days after the date of the online race).

The race kit for participants in the Open Distance (virtual medal) includes:

• electronic bib number with the participant’s name (sent immediately after registration);
• electronic participant medal – the medal appear in the participant’s Personal Account within 3 days of the race date if the full course was completed on the Event day and completion is confirmed either through the Strava app (automatically, if the account was connected during registration) or by sending an email with a link or a screenshot of the completed course to [email protected];
• participant certificate available in Personal Account.

You can receive your medal by sending an email to [email protected] with a link or a screenshot showing that you have completed the course.

Emails will be accepted within 3 calendar days after the last day of the race for this distance.

The dates are specified in section 4.

The cost of delivery of medals by Nova Poshta within Ukraine is included in the registration fee.

International delivery costs 800 UAH.

No winners will be determined. No awards will be given.
