Changing rooms will be located in the inner courtyard of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is located to the left of St. Michael’s Golden-Domed Monastery (Mykhailivskyi monastery) when you face it. There will be separate changing rooms for men and women. They will operate from 12:30 till 17:30 on Saturday and from 08:00 till 16:00 on Sunday.
Luggage storage
Luggage storage will be available in the inner courtyard of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. To leave your belongings in the luggage storage, you will need to put a sticker “Luggage number” on your belongings (found in your starter’s package).
Massage
There will be a massage zone next to the changing rooms in the Race Village and Compex recovery zone.
Toilets
Toilets will be located in the Race Village and at every hydration station along the route.
Entrance to the starting block
Participants on the 42.195 km and 21.0975 km course have a chance to choose a starting block according to the expected finishing time. Every entrance will be marked with a large banner with time.
Relay participants can take places in the first starting block.
Medical assistance
There will be a medical hospital in the Race Village next to the start arch. There will be medical representatives at every hydration station along the route.
If you experience some disturbing symptoms such as weakness, dizziness, headache or any other type of pain, blackout, nausea or vomiting, do not ignore them, seek help immediately.
Medal engraving
There will be a station in the Marathon Village where you can get you medal engraved with your finishing time.
Pictures from the race
Participants will have a chance to upload pictures from their race straight to their Facebook pages. You simply need to enter your race number on the website http://kyivmarathon.org/vashi-foto-z-zabigu.
Finish zone and results
The results will be available right after the participant finishes the race. The results of each athlete will be published online on the official website of Kyiv marathon http://kyivmarathon.org right after he or she crosses the finish line.
Within one hour after finishing, each participant will get an SMS with his or her finishing time.
You will also be able to clarify your results at the Information Tent located in the Race Village.
PLEASE, NOTICE!
• Dog Chow Walk 3 km and Family Run 1 km take place without result capturing electronic chips, personal results are not recorded;
• Each finisher gets a medal ONLY in the finish zone right after crossing the finish line;
• For relay participants, the finisher’s medals for all four (two) relay stages are given to the participant of the last stage upon crossing the finish line;
• If a team starts the race but does not finish it, team members do not get finisher’s medals for any of the stages.
